Can we have the Queensland till programmes for our PAR tills to familiarise ourselves with it? Also with the current menu prices.

Is there going to be a 3-compartment or 2 compartment sink for the competition? If 2-compartment, what is the cleaning procedure? What detergents and sanitisers do they use there?
The sink is a 3 compartment setup for rinse/wash/rinse – there are photos on the CTC website for your review, the host store has the new wash bath that can be reviewed on the CSL’s online (I have asked Richard Wallis to give you access – Ron please follow up if this has not yet happened. A material safety data sheet around the chemicals will be available next week in hard copy.

Our dinner for 2 comprises of 6pcs chicken, 2 sm p/g, 2 sm c/s, 1lge chips, 2 cans. Is that the same for the competition.
The CTC event is designed around Yum! standards – Please refer to the online CSL.

can we please practice in another store before the comp to work out the tills and how the items are displayed on the screen?
The only time that you will have available is the team free day on Monday – If you let me know your schedule I can organise no problem. Otherwise the register will be available in training mode during the store tour.

what type of aprons will the store be using?
The host store has 2 types of aprons available – Red latex and normal disposable, either is fine to use

what size grease proof does Queensland use? The same sizes as Sydney as they are different to W.A.
The Greaseproof liners used at Collins are large (Buckets, Giant & Dinner) small (Snack, kids)

Will the collectros be marked with what buttons to press as they are different to ours?
Absolutely – all equipment will be marked to make it easier for teams
