can we practice on the breading table during the walk thru as in Sydney last year it was very different to what we use in W.A.

What types of gloves does Queensland use? Powdered non powdered and will there be XL gloves available

There will be both available – I will check sizing options

Can you get extra points if the cashier suggestive sells more than one item?

 

No – there are no bonus points for extra suggestive selling – personally I would work on speed

how many half trays will be available at the store for use during the comp?

 

There will ample equipment available

in the drive thru does the order taker have a fridge? And in that fridge will it have drinks, desserts and c/s?

 

Yes – window 1 will give out cold items only – please refer to pictures on website

will all the cages be pre dipped?

Yes

will there be Huston cut bags of chicken used in the comp?

No

Will the bags of chicken be marked in the cool room? As they are different colours as W.A. product bags

If the cook finishes everything early is he allowed to come around on burgers earlier?

 

Yes, absolutely!! Please make sure that all tasks are completed BOH before leaving the Area as you will not be allowed back if something was forgotten.
