Champs Challenge is back in 2011
Area Playoffs June 1st - June 14th
What to expect..
- The 5 Restaurant Champions will compete against teams within their Area
- Teams will be required to compete for 57 minutes which will be divided into the following timelines
- Coach & FSTM - 5 minute setup
- Coach & FSTM - 20 minutes (Coach is only allowed to display chicken in Henny Penny within this time)
- CSTM 1, CSTM 2 and Backup enter competition - 5 Minute Set-up (coach has acess to all areas)
- Drive-Thru Service Begins (15 Minutes) - CSTM 1 deploys to Window, CSTM 2 deploys to D/T packline, Backup deployed to Burgers. FSTM can join Backup as B2 when all BOH requirements are met
- 2 minute Change over from D/T to front counter
- Front Counter Service Begins (15 Minutes) - Both CSTM 1 & CSTM 2 are deployed to FC registers
